Welcome to Pueblo Coffee Co., your wellspring of locally roasted coffee. Nestled in the heart of Provo, Utah, we take pride in roasting the finest coffee beans sourced from sustainable farms around the globe. Our journey began with a simple passion for great coffee, with every bean telling a unique a story.

For co-founder Antonio, such stories harken back to his childhood. It was while visiting his grandparents in Morelos, México that he was first immersed in the coffee experience. Antonio recalls picking coffee with his grandfather and drying the coffee cherries on the rooftop. The natural coffee process made a lasting impression on Antonio, and it is evident in each roast. We invite you to create your own stories- your own nostalgia- as you take each delicious sip of Pueblo coffee. 

At Pueblo Coffee Co. we believe in community. Not only does Pueblo Coffee Co. supply coffee to several local restaurants in the community, we also own our own community-oriented cafés in Springville, Utah (Pueblo Coffee on Main) and Orem, Utah (C.R.E.A.M. & Sugar).
